Refund policy

All ekaeri garments are made to order by hand. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. For custom-sized orders, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. We encourage you to refer to our size chart or contact us before placing your order.
