Welcome to ekaeri. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About ekaeri

ekaeri creates thoughtfully made clothing, with a focus on handloom fabrics, craftsmanship and considered design.

Our products may include handmade and handloom fabrics. Because of the nature of these materials and processes, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of the fabric and craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

2. Made-to-Order

All ekaeri products are made to order. Production begins after an order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.

Because each garment is made specifically for you, please carefully review the size guide, measurements, product details, and fit information before placing your order.

If you are unsure about your size, we encourage you to contact us at ekaericlothing@gmail.com before placing your order. We will be happy to assist you.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, the order is considered confirmed.

As our products are made to order, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once production has begun.

ekaeri reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including material availability, production issues, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid.

ekaeri reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

5. Production & Shipping

Since every product is made to order, please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of order for production and shipping.

The 2–4 week timeline is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the product, order volume, location, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping information where applicable.

Delays caused by the courier, weather, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances outside ekaeri's control are not the responsibility of the brand. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with any delivery-related concerns.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only when there is an error from our end.

Eligible reasons for a return include:

You receive a different product from the one you ordered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is damaged before reaching you.
There is an error in the size or specifications provided by us.

Since all products are made to order, returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted.

Any eligible return must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact ekaericlothing@gmail.com with your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return qualifies under our policy.

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account associated with the order/payment details. Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Product Care

Our garments are made using carefully selected fabrics and, in some cases, traditional handloom and handmade processes.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment.

ekaeri is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, storage, alterations, misuse, or general wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ekaeri website, including photographs, product images, graphics, illustrations, logos, brand names, text, designs, and other visual or written material, belongs to ekaeri or its respective creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use any of our content without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the ekaeri website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse our content, introduce malicious material, or use the website in a manner that may harm ekaeri, our customers, or our systems.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
